Nikhil has always had a creative mindset, having completed his first project at the age of 19 while still studying architecture in New Delhi. He is the head of the firm's Planning and Design Division, and is noted for his ability to design projects of various scales and sizes.
He considers lifestyle to be the most important factor in his design approach, and he designs by putting himself in his client's shoes to ensure a balance is met between aesthetic and cost optimization.
His in-depth knowledge of Building Norms and Anthropometry allows him to get designs right from the get-go and help ensure effective and efficient execution of the firm's projects.
